This creme smells citrus-fresh and goes on smoothly, nice and thick but not greasy. However, I didn't notice any long-term improvement. In other words, the next day the rough skin was still there, back with a vengeance. Maybe not the best for severely dry skin; otherwise, nice with healthy ingredients.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I carry this stuff when I travel because it's particularly great at repairing my dry hands. I find it quickly undoes the dryness and flakiness that comes with travel and it feels luxurious too.
