I purchased this product for my dog who had just gotten acl repair and knee replacement surgery. She had a few issues and ended up with a lot of muscle atrophy. She was not bothered by the taste and it didn't give her an upset stomach (she is really sensitive). She seems to be more active and willing to use her leg more.
