TerraCycle creates their Plant Food by feeding organic waste to millions of worms that consume and process the material to create worm poop, nature's premier fertilizer. TerraCycle Plant Food provides your plants with the three primary nutrients for optimal growth: Nitrogen, Phosphate, and soluble Potash. The All Purpose Granular Plant Food contains a 5-3-4 primary nutrient ratio, an optimal ratio for all purpose plant growth. Forget worrying about how much you put in, made from all natural ingredients the All Purpose Granular Plant Food will not burn your plants. Potted Plants: When potting or repotting, mix evenly with potting mix. For previously potted plants, mix into the top 1/2 to 1" of soil. Directions for use recommend a mixture of 1 tsp per 4 inches of potting soil. Garden Plants: For new gardens, work plant food into the soil before planting at the rate of 6-7 Tbs. per 10 sq. ft. For Spring feeding of established plants, gently work into the top 2" of soil 1-2 tsp. of plant food per 6 inches of plant height or plant diameter. Throughout the growing season feed plants using 1 tsp. per 6" of plant height or plant diameter (whichever is greater) every 8 to 12 weeks. Gently work into the top 2" of soil surrounding each plant.
