Because my allergies are so bad I take 3 pills every 2-4 hours. When they start to wear off you know. No groggy feeling at all. Starts working quickly and if your symptoms dont come back you dont notice that the pills have worn off. No headaches or side affects. I live on these during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.
