Recycled! Pick a size, strong and absorbent and work well for many things! Scott is a cut above on the recycled market for paper goods as far as I can find. I've tried all that I can find and they are the best!

I've been using these for nearly a year at the time of writing this review, and I've been so pleased with them that I'll seek them out over other brands. The choose-a-size perforations are a must, as many cooking and cleanup tasks don't necessitate an entire sheet. They unroll and tear easily and fit nicely in standard paper towel holders. These aren't soft or pillowy (so perhaps pass if you plan to use them exclusively as napkins), but I actually prefer a more rugged paper towel with a rougher texture since it works well for catching crumbs and scrubbing. They are sturdy and absorbent enough to handle common household tasks with ease, even standing up to rinsing and ringing when used to wash dishes.
