My baby loves all of the Plum yogurt blends and since he is going through a fussy period with not eating any of his meat blends, I use this as my backup so that he at least gets some protein in his diet.

Not sure why but she won't eat this one. I am eating them to use them up... I think it's fine but she's not having it at 6 months. Also I agree with other reviewer and wish it wasn't fat free yogurt. Instead we're going the Yo-baby route with yogurt.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
