This item was good quality, packaged well, and delicious! I use it instead of butter because of its high smok-off point, it doesnt evaporate also gives the my veggies a delicuous flavor. I know people who also eat a spoonful of it everyday for a good source of healthy fat. I tried it but the texture kind of reminds me of lard so I will stick to replacing my butter, crisco, etc ingredients instead!

I use this for everything, even my dog to help her lose wieght! moisturizing, fry my eggs, in my rice, eat off the spoon as a supplement for efa's makes the best cookies too :)
