I use Bone Strength every day. I broke me knee a year ago and an employee at Whole Foods recommended this product to help my knee heal faster. My knee was completely healed in 5 weeks and because of my age, my doctor was surprised. He was expecting it to heal in no less than 7 to 8 weeks.
