Stretches pretty well - good for pregnancy and nursing, though hard to know your size because of that growing. It is very soft and accommodating with the removable pads.

Don't really care about the organic aspect. I've been searching for a good cotton bra to wear around the house that's not too tight (keep getting mastitis) but still secure enough to keep the girls from flopping around and falling out. This is a good one. Definately worth the extra money. Fits better/does a better job than Medela sleep bra!
