My children are always sick despite excellent diet, exercise, vitamins etc. It may just be coincidence, but I had my children on these for three months and they did not get sick ONCE. I ran out, forgot to re-order, and they've been sick off and on since then. I give two to my four year old and one to my three year old. My mom always told me to take Echinacea, and I was skeptical, but I may now be a convert!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Just wanted other parents to know these vitamins are for ages 4 and up! I did not know this and ordered them for my 2 year old son. It says on the bottle in very tiny print for ages 4 and up, so I'm glad I read the bottle closely. I guess I will be taking these vitamins for myself! My 2 year old currently takes the Gummi Multi-Vitamin and really loves them.
