I use this for my midmorning snack on a banana. It keeps me from eating before lunch. And I make it with jelly for a sandwich.
I am so use to this pure peanut butter that the "messed with" peanut butter taste wrong (however, my daughter thinks it is mine that taste wrong :)).
The only thing is that it needs to be mixed before using it for the first time, and that can be a little work- not spilling the oil while mixing and a sore hand. BUT it is totally worth is.
