This shampoo really perks up my hair; I notice when I run out of it that my hair tends to be drier and frizzier. I can use this shampoo without conditioner on less humid days, and my hair feels so soft! (Heavy humid days bring out more frizziness in my curly hair, so I'll usually use a conditioner, too.) The smell and the feel of it on my scalp is very refreshing. It definitely helps to control dryness and frizziness, and leaves your hair looking and feeling healthy! :)
