I use this for a cat with FLUTD, as stress is a major contributor to the disease, whenever I have to leave him alone for an overnight or when there's something new in the house (e.g., my neighbor brings over her small dog). It's hard to tell just how effective it is, but I have seen fewer infections since starting this and another new therapy. I had tried amitryptilline on the vet's recommendation and it did nothing but make my cat tired, while this is all-natural and doesn't appear to affect his energy level. Bonus: it's odor-free, so I can easily add it to his food. I will definitely keep using it.
