This wood composite reversible cutting board with cascading effect is offered in a natural color with a slate core. Use up to 4 different configurations. One board features a juice groove side to handle juicy meats and fruits and another board features a bread groove to catch crumbs. On the reverse of each are 2 solid prep board sides. The boards are heat resistant up to 350-Degree and break down to sanitize in a dishwasher. Made in USA from trees harvested under the guidelines of the north America sustainable forestry standards.
