On doctors orders, I started adding rice to baby's bottle at 2 months old. I originally started with another brand then switched to this one. The baby would not take the first bottle of this. My once voracious eater was just gumming the nipple. Maybe the nipple was clogging because this is thicker than the leading brand. Either way, we switched back to the old brand and all is well. This product did not work for us.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

My son likes the taste. However, it makes him have hard time to poop. I have to give him prune puree to make him have a BM.
I later on checked with his doctor. It is not a certain brand, all rice cereal could have this problem.

Comments about Rice Cereal - 8 oz:
I ordered this for my son as his first food as I wanted something organic for him. After his initial adjustment to eating with a spoon he seems to really like it.
I find the cereal easy to mix with formula and the boxes store nicely. My only criticism is that the spout on the side of the box isn't great and everytime you use it, it leads to spill and waste.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
