The only "downfall" is the price. I buy it anyways because I am so in love. My baby had sensitive skin in her first months and so we switched to the sensitive California Baby wash and lotion from another brand. Now we can use the regular stuff without any issues. The smell is slightly stronger in the non sensitive stuff so I really enjoy that! :) Love going somewhere and coming home to my clean fresh lovely smelling baby.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

My 2 yr old has had sensitive skin since birth. Used California Baby (any formula) shampoo/body wash since he was born. It really helped prevent further skin irritations, helped clear up weird random rashes and left him smelling clean. Recently tried another green co. product for bathing - what a mistake! It contained lots of fragrant herb ingredients (ie: pachouli - sp?) and boy did his skin break out all over!! Hurried and stocked up on Cal Baby products and within 10 days his skin was cleared up. I'll never try another product!

We are very happy with this product! We originally bought the California Baby calming shampoo and body wash but found that our son had dry skin after baths, even with moisturizer. So we tried the calendula version and it has worked wonders for his dry skin! It also has a great scent!

Been using Cali Baby for over 6 years and so happy I recently foudn the Calendula version. I use all different Cali Baby soaps on my kids and now I use the Calendula in my shower. Great for sensitive and dry skin... nothing bad or allergenic in it. no tears & perfect for babies and anyone else.
