Our 3 month old son has very sensitive skin and has been battling various types of diaper rash since birth. For his everyday rash caused by a wet diaper, this stuff works great. Also, it is the kindest to his cloth diapers. We like that it has natural ingredients. However, for the times he's had some hardcore rash (caused by acidic poop), we've had to move to something stronger, like Butt Paste or Desitin, which has a higher percentage of zinc oxide and sticks to his bum better.

This cream has prevented my 7 month old from ever developing diaper rash. We use it every night before bed, and it is so gentle and soothing (and smells WONDERFUL)! It's all natural which is really important to me. I have the Desitin Extra strength for when he gets red, but this is a great preventative cream!

A bit on the pricey side, it's totally worth it. Works really well when my son has diaper rash. Love the smell too. Big fan of all California Baby products.

We've been using it for our baby for over a year. He rarely gets a diaper rash (maybe two times and both were very minimal). On top of that, it smells great and lasts a while.

7 months of diaper rashes... we have had yeast infections, bacterial infections, and more yeast infections. We also have had diaper allergies and sensitivies.. after all this time i decided to try this cream as a preventative as it has the all natural anti-fungal in it... WORTH EVERY PENNY. for the first time in her life my daughter has gone more then 3 weeks without needing some form of ointment for her tush. Yes it is thinner then most, but i dont even use it every change, twice a day does the trick
